I can´t, I am afraid, read Turkish or Arabic, but maybe it should be
helpful to someone other people interested in translate or check the
accuracy of these books.
In my version of "Istanbul la Magnifique", this manuscript, Tûrkish
Yemekleri, was published 1985, presented and edited by Nejat
Seferciouglu, Ankara.
