Hi Folks,

Just a suggestion, if you have a recipe for something
please don't ask if anybody wants it. Everybody
wants it. This is a high traffic list and getting three
or four requests for recipes only builds the traffic.
Please post the recipe if you have it or say that you
cannot post it if not. I think that would help a lot of
our members with their email load.
