What elements should or could a culinary cultural heritage/digital
library projekt contain? I can think of the following:

- -- transcriptions of original texts
- -- translations (into English (or Latin?))
- -- redactions (and experiences with certain redactions)
- -- pictures, jpg-files of the original texts
- -- commentaries (on the transcription, the translation, the redaction,
culinary traditions, what else ???)
- -- a dictionary/glossary
- -- links to other recipes (in other languages), to other texts
- -- links to important papers on the basic ideas on food, cooking, wine
etc. (e.g. the basic ideas of antique dietetics)

What else would you like to see?
