I believe you will have to make this yourself. If I remember right, this
is actually the "fake" murri. Check this file in the FOOD section of
my Florilegium files:
murri-msg         (28K)  5/11/99    Rotted barley paste condiment of Arabia.

I believe a recipe for murri naqi is in this file.
