SC - question about african food- Recipe

I had the privilege of being gifted with the remains of an unfortunate victim 
of vehicular homicide. The following recipe is a memorial to the victim. 
People who were unfortunate enough to buy into the food prejudices of the USA 
need read no further. Anyone else who is fortunate enough to see food for 
food read on and experience a delicious dish with a difference. :-)

Fido a la Ras

3 1/2 lb. dog, cubed
3 tblsps Walnut oil
1 sm. can mushrooms slices
2 cps. Chicken broth
2 cps coconut milk
1 med. onion, chopped
6 lg. cloves garlic, mashed
1 tsp. Coriander, ground
1 tsp. Cumin, ground
2 tblsps soy sauce
4 grinds of black pepper

Heat oil. Add dog cubes. Brown on all sides. Add remaining ingredients. 
Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook until tender. Serve over cooked rice. 
Serves 6.
