Hello!  The adaptated recipes are under Hilary Spurling's copyright (or the
publisher's -- check the copyright page of the book). The originals should
be in the public domain, but may be covered under copyright if Spurling
reconstructed some of the [missing] text, or collated more than one
original.  Again, check the copyright page.  The owner of the original (if
there is only one original) may demand a small fee for use of the material.

In any case, it is polite to seek the author's (or publisher's) permission
before using his/her recent work on your web page, especially since you
have stated you wish to publish & sell the info you gather.
