SC - Fish soup/stew

For Twelfth night last year, we decided that we wanted to do an event based
on food. We set up a schedule whereby two new dishes, one vegetarian and one
not, came out of the kitchen every hour and a half to two hours. In between
we had a gaming table set up; we had some classes; we had musical
performances; and we had a game of hoodman blind. We also played with a
period top, which I wish I could find again - it got dropped into a box and I
haven't been able to locate it again.
People were amazed at the food that came out of the kitchen, and that it KEPT
coming; the gaming tables were full, and everyone seemed to have a really
good time.
Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the menu, but I know we started with
bread and cheese on the tables, and the first things brought out were soups,
but I can't remember which. One item which went over very well was the
ravielles recipe we have discussed here; cheese ravioli from, IIRC, 14th
century England.
