SC - "cabelho" fish recipe?

Ana L. Valdés replied to my request for her cabelho fish recipe with:

Thanks Ana, but I'm not sure about one of the ingredients - Barsley.

Is this the green leafy vegetable that we call parsley? This seems the
most likely. Or perhaps barley? Or something I'm not familar with at
all. You're English is fine. It's certainly better than my Spanish.

Cabelho is the name of the fish then? Or for dried fish? Rather than
this specific dish?
