How does this compare to beef prices where you are?  Is beef eaten
as often as horsemeat?
(In the northeastern U.S., only the very fanciest beef Tenderloin cuts
sell for about $10/lb, or $20/kilo.  Most steak is $3.50 to $5./lb)
