Devra, 

You might wish to get yourself out to Long Island - Stonybrook as a
matter of fact.  There is a wonderful place called Wild By Nature on 25A
and *all* the way out on the island in Calverton (all of this is in NY
folks) there are two wild game stores with any wild meat you wish to
try.  If they don't have it, they will get it for you.
