All you have to do is find a time, get some teachers, and announce it. I haven't
done much
about it lately because I've been a tad busy the past nine months. Now I also won't
be
able to host it because I'm moving from the big party house to a tiny one-bedroom
apartment. But I should be able to teach and assist.
