Wild duck is not at all fishy. Fired duck breast is a real treat. Soak in
milk and flour and fry like you would chicken. I grew up with a major hunter in
the family. Dad went and shot me a deer because I wanted one for the wedding.
We grew up eating wild quail, duck, goose, deer, rabbit, squirrel and all kinds of
fish. Great fish batter My mom makes is thinned mustard with milk and add spices
and dip fish in it and then flour and fry.
