I quotate now the complete bibliograohy, as it states in "Istambul La
Magnifique", by Artun and Beyan Unsal.
The first manuscript, Turkiye`nin Dört Yili, 1552-1556, its a Spanish
manuscript from the 16th century, published by Manuel Serrano y Sanz in
1905, translated to Turkish by A. Kurutluoglu.
The second one, Tûrk Yemekleri was published 1985, but its a translation
from a manuscript from the XVIII century.
The last one should be "Zifayet Sofralari", by Gelibolulu Mustafa Ali,
translated and with annotations by Orhan Sajk Gökyay, Istambul 1978.
This last is presented here as the first treaty or handbook about food
and culinaire etiquette in the 16th century.
Yours
Ana L. Valdés
