SC - blue corn and chocolate

This is the title of a book by Elisabeth Rozin with a lot of recipes
from the New World and wonderful illustrations. I bought it via Amazon
and am really glad about it. (But have not controlled the sources).
They have a exciting recipe with Blue Corn and Pepper Frittatta.
