SC - Medieval Portuguese cookbooks?

I thought I already responded to this question to the list, but perhaps
not--I have been travelling, and accessing my email somewhat irregularly.

The translation of the Portuguese cookbook was included in Volume II of my
collection for a while. I then realized that an English translation of a
modern Portuguese translation of a medieval Portuguese cookbook was covered
by the copyright of the modern Portuguese translator, so pulled it; since
then I have been looking for someone to retranslate from the medieval
Portuguese, presumably using the modern Portuguese to help.
