Let us say, for the sake of argument that:
4 tblsp hulled sesame seed makes 4 tblsp tahini,
4 tblsp unhulled sesame makes 4 tblsp sesame butter BUT 1 tblsp of that is
the hulls. so ....
1 tblsp of tahini would contain more calcium that 1 tblsp of sesame butter
because there is more of the seed in the nutrient containing seed interior in
it. Not really a great mystery. :-)
