Apparently correct, although I assumed, until I could actually look into
it, that this was a case of using carrots in place of parsnips, which
apparently wasn't the case either. The closest I can find in Apicius is
a dish of carrots in cumin sauce, the cumin sauce specified as being the
same as the one made for cabbage. If you ignore that and use one of the
other cumin sauces which do contain honey, then i guess you'd have a
honey sauce for carrots. Sort of.
