SC - Bison at Pennsic

Sorry if this has been addressed already -- I'm still a few digests behind.

I thought there was a bison, or maybe buffalo (are they the same
meat-wise?), farm near the Pennsic site.  About six years ago, the
Norselanders bought a bunch of buffalo hearts and testicles for their
Meridian allies to give us the "heart and balls" to win the battle :)  I
tried the heart and it was good.  Like a very flavorful roast beef.
