SC - Bison at Pennsic

Speaking of "strange beef". Help me with this. In my freezer (right now) is
meat that friends around here have given me....Bison, Water Buffalo, and
Buffalo. To me they all taste the same. And now someone wants to give us Moose
(no moose songs, please).

After eating them all I like beef best ('cause I'm used to it I guess). Do all
the above usually taste the same?
