SC - Pre-Columbian foods

Unless the typeface on the document is exceptionally clear (No smudges, no
run together characters, etc.) you will probably have a very hard time
getting a good OCR from a scanned paper document.  If you would like to
send me the image, I'd be glad to give it a whirl here using our OCR
system.
