I at first, looked in the Florilegium for a file on rose hips but
didn't see anything. Then after seeing Mel's comment I thought of
another file and lo! there are half a dozen or more recipes using
rose hips. For lots of things from soups to jellies. Some period,
some not. Some came from discussions in this group earlier. Maybe
I have too many files. :-) Anyway, the file is in the FOOD section
and is:
