Forwarded from the PW 28 list, thanks to Duchess Lisa.

"Greetings,

I apologize upfront to MMTrelogin and everyone else on the list is he
has already looked in to the "drought" question and posted a response. I
had to call Dave Cooper in regards to coming out to site early and asked
about the drought and possibly restrictions. The response below is from
Dave Cooper and please spread the word.

Butler County is not on the Governer's drought emergency order list of
counties. The local township has no open fire restrictions. All the
wells in Cooper Lake Campground are functioning well. Cooper's Lake
Campground has already received their entire order of bottled water
supplies for Pennsic. Dave Cooper has not noted nor heard of a shortage
of bottled water locally. The Cooper's Lake staff foresees no drought
related problems for Pennsic.

The autocrat staff would like to ask people to please remember to take
reasonable precautions with open flames, be aware that the plants and
grass are dry,and follow the fire saftey rules already published.
