SC - medieval faires

As to the trukey legs... turkeys were brought back fairly early on as far as 
that goes my persona (late peroid as he is) is a turkey merchant from Poland 
where they were set up ASAP.  With the only other large eating fowl being 
peacock (YUCK!!!) turkeys were fairly popular from the get go.
