Possibly but Butler County is not one of the counties declared  drought 
ridden by the governor. Hopefully cooler heads will make any fire policies 
the least restrictive rather than more restrictive. A properly built pit is 
no more a fire hazard in drought than out of drought.

Since Butler is NOT a droughted county any speculation is irrelevant and 
could lead to unnecessary restrictions by those who get a kick out of 
regulating people to for no real useful purpose.
