Renata, May I strongly suggest the following book:
"What to Eat When You Don't Feel Like Eating"
by James Haller
James Haller is a professional chef who revolutionized feeding cancer patients based on the idea that food is the first fuel the body uses, and medicines cannot work their best in bodies that do not have good nutritive reserves. It is a wonderful and caring book. ( I have a copy, myself)

It was highly reccomended reading in my ex-wife's Nutrition classes.
