Thanks for all the Bhuna Prawn recipes and for the effort people
have made to try to help me with this dish.  I'll experiment with 
the recipes, and post the finalized version on the list for everyone.

Incidentally, I wonder if anyone has a recipe for the Puri part?   
Master A. says it ought to be a bread by all accounts.
