SC - Books

[Ian Gourdon]

Likely you're all familiar with these people at Prospect Books, but
they're a new one for me. I read their commentary on how they came to
be, and they sound like a good source for cooking books, especially the
slightly post period works. They do have an Ordinance of Pottage, and a
few others, though.
