Help......

I have used meringue powder before for meringue shells.  I mean the type that 
is baked in a ring or in the use of a swan simile.  My recipe used to be on 
the back of the package, It is not.  What is a recipe using the powder or an 
equivalency usage?

Desperate and only two days till feast.
