It's pretty much customary, in our quadrant of the country at least, that
SCA events are BYOB. In the Southwest, water is the only customary drink
served by feast staff, all other drink is brought by feasters. That said,
I'd love to see some recipes for syllabub and port jellies, which have not
come much in our way.
