SC - Wafer recipes please?

The wafers-msg file in the FOOD-BREADS section of my Florilegium has
Adamntius' redaction for a Markum(?) recipe. There are one or two more
mentioned in the file, including one on Master Cariadoc's webpages but
the recipe itself is not in the file.
