SC - Slaughtering Class at Pennsic?

Please forgive my inattention, but would some good person be so kind as to post
or send the final
information about the slaughtering class at Pennsic?  I didn't give it a great
deal of attention at the
time, but I mentioned to a local gentleman who is VERY excited about the
prospect, and has even
offered to bring along some chickens!
