SC - curry leaves?

There  is actually a tree native to Asia which has small aromatic leaves 
called curry leaves by Westerners. It is different from curry powder. The 
plant is known as Daun Kari Pla in Maylasia, and Kari Patta in India and the 
leaves are used in much the same way bay leaves are. You may be able to find 
them at an Asian or Indian market where they would be sold fresh, or dried in 
small packs.
