SC - SC Eggs Question

I thought it lost a LOT flavor.  I think I can still use it.  I plan to mix it
with carrots and hope no one notices.    We are having more people, so I need to
strech it anyway.  May get more fresh roots for the head table.  Coosmen in
Dallas thinks they can get me Salsify and quinces for the wedding.  They have
fancy gourds and melons too.  I will look for the book when I get home.....  I
will see if they carry any medieval ones.
