SC - German potato soup recipe???

Hullo, the list!

I was asked this, and I could swear we discussed this on the list
before, so perhaps either one of our German recipe specialists, or
someone who has read about this in a primary or other source or keeps
better archives than me (which would be almost anyone!) would know...is
there a 16th or 17th century German potato soup recipe out there in the
known corpus?
