SC - Blue sauce - Blackberry types

Yes, that is correct. They were  just the wild berries growing on  bramble
bushes along the railroad tracks. I have no idea what species they were. And
they definitely left purplish stains  on my hands and tongue and produced a
purple-blue sauce.
