I think it depends on the other incentives the site has to offer.
A REasonable price, nice kitchen, late hours and adequate parking
are likely to cause me to tell people "forget the red wine--drink
vodka".  :-)

I don't think I'd get my knickers in a knot over one regulation
like this.  Carpets and upholstery *are* difficult to clean and
expensive to replace.  You and I may be careful with our red
wine, but not every feast attendee is.

Really!! I have never heard of this policy before. Are we like children who
are not allowed in the living room with our purple koolaid? Personally, I'd
be looking for a different site.
