The rose water we are referring to is distilled, so unless you have the
equipment for that it's best to buy it already made.  Look in Middle Eastern
or Indian markets (or in those sections of supermarkets if you're lucky).  The
kind of rosewater sold as perfume in colored bottles may contain non-edible
ingredients.
