SC - Pig Maws

[Robert Newmyer]

A  pig/hog maw is the stomach, usually cleaned and stuffed with sausage
(more rarely oysters), potatoes and onions. Typical
Amish/Pennsylvania-German cuisine. I grew up eating these.
