My mother's maiden name is Kueschewskiev. Pronounced KA-she(flat e like er
in emergency)-z-ski. Great on income tax forms and higher education forms.
Great Lakes Higher Irritation gets really mad when they ask for my mother's
maiden name and I make them spell it on the phone to be certain they have
the right spelling. hehe. And it's Czech by the way, explaining why I look
like the tall slavic people(?)Ok, maybe the Norse took over somewhere . . .
.

As for me, you can't really mispronouce Sharon Lynne Burnham, unless you say
"Burn-ham" instead of "Burn-hum". So that explains the Roman British
Profile, including the ski slope on the face. (But the British spouse-woah!
Alpine skiing!)

But leading back to a food topic, out of curiousity, how many medieval
recipes have been found with the cook's name in them? You know, like "Paul
Newman's spaghetti sauce recipe" or was that just not done? Any found for,
say, "Socrates great and wonderful mixer for parties"?
