I specifically tried to gear my responce to what would have been in season in
Europe at that time of the year for a large portion of the continent. Since my
own area has a climate similar to Germany and other countries in the same
general latitude, these foods are also 'in season' locally as well. :-)

Good Gentles,

I did post that I am in Michigan, but the comment about cheap foods coming in
from other areas of the country is valid too. In my case, I'm interested in
knowing that's going to be cheap and plenty in early and mid-June and
available in Michigan. :)

As for climate, the Ann Arbor area of Michigan is very similar in climate to
Orly, France, if I correctly recall my Weather and Meterology course in
college ??+ years ago.

Your humble servant,
Rosalyn MacGregor
