SC - Easter Foods (was Name thread)

A question however,
Does anyone have nay references to a dish that would now be called
"cheese soup". I have been requested to find one for easter dinner.
I would love to serve a "medieval-oid" Easter Dinner, since the folks
still ( after twenty years- sigh) don't believe that anything that I
do in
the SCA has "real" value.

While I have no Cheese soup recipe, I encourage any of the festival
breads as Easter fare. Panforte, pan de mayne, IIRC, I believe are
two. Leavened breads stuffed with dried fruits, spice, and rich in
texture.
