SC - RE: Period indian Cookbooks.

I spoke with two of our baronial cooks that work in libraries today.  One has
found a Pakistani cookbook.  Fahe, may have sent the information to you all
ready.  My other friend, say she found an Indian cookbook and believes that
one of her cooking friends in the West may have a humus recipe.
