Am searching for someone to lecture on: "Medieval Food"  in the time of
Charlemagne.  The talk would last for approx. 1 hour following a dinner.
The dinner is given by the Order of the Crown of Charlemagne and is held
annually in April in Washington, DC.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
