SC - Hyppocras a week later

Well, we drank half the hyppocras this weekend.  It was, to my taste, too
thick and sweet, until we heated it to serve it warm.  Even then it benefitted
from being diluted with an equal amount of plain, sweet red wine.  The other
bottle still resides in my refrigerator, and is still two distinct layers.
