SC - Pennsic Camping- OT

Pardon the interuption, but since most of the people who need to see this
are on the Cooks List, it's a bit more convenient to send it out to you.

People,

I have just registered for our Pennsic campsite. If you're camping with us,
please pre- register for Caer Frig. I have already pre-registered myself as
well, and I would very much appreciate it if you would let me know when you
have pre- registered, and how many, etc.

PLEASE NOTE:

The new camping regulations are very stringent- if you don't pre- register,
we don't have room for you. Period- I cannot make ANY exceptions- we flat
won't have the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pre-register any children or other family members- everyone pre-registered
is given space. If your family consists of 17, and only one is registered,
plan on all 17 of you camping in one 12 X 12 tent- otherwise, plan on
individual camping, elsewhere.

Much as I would like to accomodate, I just can't, unless you're on the
pre-registered list- it just wouldn't be fair to the others in camp. I need
as much space as we can get for community area- Cook and dining area, fire
pit, shower, etc.

Last year, we charged $10/ per person camp fee, which included firewood,
propane fuel, hoses, etc. and another $10 if you wanted to eat with us- I'd
like to try to keep those rates going.

I'd like to make this a Cook's encampment, so anyone I haven't discussed
this with on the List, please contact me if you'd like to join us, and I'll
see if we'll be compatible.
