SC - Marx Rumpolt (1581) -- soup recipes

[MAYER,ING,SUSANNE FEM BIG-AT]

I know this Lady personally and did also try a few recipies in a course she
held about medieval cooking in Vienna.
We had great fun while trying to figure out the amounts of spices, flour
,....

After this weekend I will try to post some examples and translate them.
