SC - Hyppocras, day 2

Well, the hyppocras has settled into two distinct layers.  The top layer is
almost solid, and creamy-purple.  The bottom layer is a thick fluid, and clear
red-wine colored.  There is a residue of spices on the bottom.  I gently
rolled the bottles to stir the spices into the clear fluid, and the top layer
didn't move at all.
