It's still half and half.  The top layer is almost solid and is a creamy
purple color.  The bottom layer is thick and a clear wine red.  When gently
agitated, the very bottom of the top layer seemed to break loose just a little
bit, and mix with the clear fluid, but the clear remained clear.
