Check this file in the PLANTS, HERBS AND SPICES section of my
Florilegium. While there is a recipe in there, the modern price for
rose-water is so cheap that unless you are wanting the experience of
making it, you may just want to buy it. Various possible sources for
rose-water are also given in this file.
