SC - FW: Poaching Eggs

Around here, servers eat either during feast, but back in the kitchen, or 
during feast, scattered among the tables. Occaisionally chosen one-per table 
and eating with the people they serve.  They have usually paid to eat, 
though not always.  In the small feast hall I was in, I wanted the servers 
to eat in the kitchen to leave room for more paying guests.  Some did, some 
didn't depending on if they paid, or if their friend hadn't.

I had hoped to feed them each course in advance of their serving.  Since we 
started feast early, I might have actually managed this.  But the plan was 
rejected for lack of space as the serving dishes and trays were already 
lined up and partially filled.
